Welcome to OutDo
OutDo is an independent, non-profit set up which provides a safe, inclusive, neutral and alcohol-free space for all women to meet and share experiences, to learn from each other and to exchange ideas about topics that matter to them. Held bi-monthly on the third Saturday of the month, OutDo discussions cover a wide variety of issues such as self-acceptance, homophobia, sexual health and relationships.
Thanks to the women who attended the April 2012 OutDo discussion! It was an enjoyable gathering of truly diverse women who were at different stages of their journey towards self-acceptance. The next OutDo discussion will be in 9 June 2012, so be sure to return to this website to find out what the discussion topic will be!
Reflections on April 2012 Discussion: Am I Normal?
Things always look a lot better when you have people around to support you. It always helps to talk things through. Thats why it is so important to have this kind of support within the community. Personally, just seeing you all in the same room is a great comfort n assurance. We all have same burning questions. We all can relate to each other, in one capacity or another. I have had the priviledge living outside Msia to know the great difference..we do have to catch up with the west. I hope this initiative will bring about the change we need so that one day we will never need to ask - "Am I normal?"
